Meet Our Course Creators
Dr Rachna Chhachhi
Founder – Kindness Practice Foundation
Dr Rachna Chhachhi is a cancer, nutrition, mental health therapist and is a public health advocate by connecting human health to environmental health. She began Kindness in 2019. Author of 5 health books, her research is often published in medical journals, and she’s invited to international conferences as a keynote speaker. She has won awards for her work in well-being and sustainability, and is often covered in the media for her open advocacy on plant based nutrition to reduce mental health and chronic diseases burden.
Aradhna Chhachhi
CEO – Kindness Practice Foundation
Aradhna is a hormones, fertility, mental health and Rehab Yoga therapist. She launched the mental health vertical of the foundation in Feb 2021 via Unhurry®, as she helped young people with mental health breakdowns during the lockdown. Through the last 7 years, her work in women and maternal health has been recognised well. She spearheads Kindness foundation initiatives.

Nutritionist – Kindness Practice Foundation
